The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) meets monthly throughout the school year. Meetings are currently held the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm. All parents are welcome to attend!
The Prairie View PTO organizes fundraising and various school events, including:
- Annual Fun Run
- Holiday Store
- Various enrichment assemblies
- Prairie View annual yearbook
- School field trips
- Book fair (bi-annual)
- Birthday books
- Items to support classroom instruction
- Family events (i.e. Santa Night)
- Teacher appreciation (throughout the year)
Get Involved!
Join us at our meetings. Check the calendar to see the date and time of our meetings, or contact the office.
If you can't join the meetings, consider:
- Volunteering - there are once a year events as well as short-term commitments!
- Support fundraising efforts. The funds we raise meet needs that our school budget can't cover, and provide students in all grades opportunities for enriched and engaged learning.
