- 5-Year Strategic Objectives were established by the BDUSD Strategic Planning Team.
- Strategic Metrics are identified to reflect measurable indicators of the Strategic Plan progress.
- School Success Plans (SSPs) are developed to address Greatest Areas of Need (GANs) aligned directly to the Strategic Plan. SSPs will include school-level Metric Reports aligned directly to district metrics.
- District Strategic Actions (DSAs) are developed annually to address holistic district needs to meet objectives. DSAs will include a direct correlation between actions and a strategic metric impact/target. DSAs shall support School Success Plans and extend district-wide. School or Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) are developed to align with and support School Success Plans.
- Quarterly District Level Reports shall be given regarding strategic action progress and strategic metrics.
- Principals will report out on School Success Plans in August during a School Success Board Workshop, during their identified “school of the month”, through a mid-year brief and an end of the year report.
