New Student Online Access Info

Welcome to the Beaver Dam Unified School District!  The following information is intended to make the transition to BDUSD a bit easier.

Skyward

Skyward is our Student Information System.  Skyward Family Access is a web-based service that allows parents/guardians to view school-related information about their students, including grades, lunch account balances, fees, etc.

Skyward Account Access:

• Username
         - First five letters of last name + first three letters of first name + 000
                   > Example: Sam Student = studesam000

• Password
          - BDUSD#### (#### being the student’s lunch pin)
                    > Lunch pins are found in the Food Service tab of Skyward

Help with Skyward

Stop in at the Middle School or High School Tech Centers located in the library at each building. 
Elementary students should ask their teacher for assistance.

Google

Google is the computer operating system used by BDUSD for the majority of our courses.  All students receive a BDUSD google account upon enrolling.

Accessing your BDUSD Google Account

• Username

Canvas

Canvas is the Learning Management System used by BDUSD.  Most course information, activities, and assignments flow through Canvas.

Accessing your Canvas Account

On BDUSD provided student devices, Canvas will be the homepage.
     >  Canvas should automatically open when a student logs into their chromebook with their BDUSD google account.

If needed, Students can click here to access Canvas as well.
     > Students use their BDUSD Google credentials to access their Canvas accounts.
