Teaching & Learning

The Beaver Dam Unified School District hires and retains quality staff members.  Our teachers all have a bachelor's degree and a large percentage also hold a master's degree.  Our teachers are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.  Staff development opportunities are offered throughout the school year and summer months to keep staff current with the latest in educational practices and technology.
