Life Fitness I is our required Sophomore level class. Students participate in both individual and team activities, which include but are not limited to: golf, soccer, speedball, archery, frolf, zumba, fitness center, aerobic studio, and circuits just to name a few. Our emphasis is on learning more about the 11 parts of fitness and building upon what was taught in Freshmen Physical Education. At this level, students will begin to learn about which exercises impact which bodily system, and how goals and results can be achieved by using specific exercises.
