Department Mission Statement

The Human Resources Department works in conjunction with the district administration, individual employees and the community to provide the best possible working and learning environment for our staff and students. Services offered by the Human Resources Department include recruiting and staffing, employee relations, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.

The Human Resources Department promotes teamwork, life-long learning, professionalism and confidentiality by building community relationships, offering employee training and learning academies to enhance classroom performance, and by acting quickly, accurately and within the ethical standards of our profession.
